MARITIME AGENCY:

“Maritime agency is the service that represents shipowners and vessels in ports, handling all legal and operational formalities to ensure compliance and efficiency.”

OUR SERVICES

We handle all types of ships by coordinating all bureaucratic procedures, facilitating maritime transport operations. We act as an intermediary between shipowners, charterers, port authorities, and other involved parties, taking care of all operational details—from the ship’s arrival and docking, to cargo and crew clearance, until its departure—managing all communication, documentation, logistics, and service with efficiency, security, and risk reduction.

We coordinate the ship’s anchorage with all involved agencies, defining the location and time as regulated by the authorities, in order to ensure the vessel’s supply in compliance with regulations and with maximum safety.

We act in defense of the interests of the shipowner or the company that chartered the ship (charterer), ensuring that all their needs and obligations are met and that their interests are protected during the ship’s stay in the port.
